Before long, the Chokdee Dim Sum Restaurant has been well received by the public of all age groups from teenagers to entrepreneurs and families.   It normally takes about 1 and a half - 3 months to renovate the shop before it is ready for opening.

  None. Ours is not a whole sale business that requires bulk orders. We are franchise business and we only ask you to order merchandise required to run the business.
4. Does the Company provide any recommendation and assistance in choosing shop location?
  Yes. We have experts to advise you on how to choose a business location that suits your Chokdee Dim Sum business. If needed, we may serve as intermediary to negotiate for rental of business establishment of suitable location for you.
5. What is considered an ideal establishment for the business?
  A suitable location includes a commercial building of 2 units or a space of no less than 100 sq. meters in a shopping center.
6. Does the company provide assistance in hiring personnel?
  Yes, if needed. (Franchisees normally hire employees themselves) .
7. How long does it take to train?
  It usually takes about 1 month to train at the training facility at the headquarters.

Step 1

Fill up the franchise application form and return it to Franchise Business Development manager

Step 2  The Company will screen the applicant qualification and make appointment for an interview to verify your determination in franchising business with Chokdee Dim Sum and your other aspects.
Step 3 After passing initial screening, the Company will provide in-depth information on Chokdee Dim Sum business starting from shop preparation to operation and other necessary information.
Step 4  Franchise agreement is scheduled for signing.
Step 5  The Company will provide training on theory of business operation to you and your team at the Company's training facility and on practice of business operation at one of the Chokdee Dim Sum branches to ensure that you are capable of efficient restaurant management.
Step 6 Our supporting team will be at your site for a minimum of 15 days to provide assistance necessary to ensure smooth start of the business from shop design to equipment procurement.
